before Attending: FAQ

Can I complete the hands-on gym training first and do the online study material later so I don't feel overwhelmed?

Yes. We understand that everyone has different learning styles, so you are welcome to start with the hands-on floor training to get comfortable before diving into the online textbook coursework. You can complete the online materials alongside your live classes or separately on your own timeline—whatever works best for your schedule and learning pace.

What certifications will I earn?

You will earn a nationally accredited primary certification (ISSA, NASM, or NCSF), your CPR/AED credential, and elective specialty certifications.

Can I still attend class if I am already certified?

Yes! Many certified trainers enroll to expand their practical knowledge, sharpen their skills, and elevate their expertise. If you are looking to become a more proficient coach and build on your existing foundation, you are very welcome in class—plus, you will receive a $300 voucher toward your tuition.

What continuing education and refresher options are available after I graduate?

Once you earn your certification, your learning doesn't stop. Alumni are welcome to return for refresher courses at any time to brush up on core concepts alongside new cohorts. In addition, graduates gain access to specialized elective modules to continuously expand their coaching skills and stay ahead in the industry.

How long does it take to graduate?

The main curriculum is structured as a comprehensive 8-week track.

Am I allowed to attend both weekday and weekend classes?

Yes, you can attend as often as your schedule allows, but at least once a week is required.

Will you help me find a job after I graduate?

Yes, the program includes career and placement support, including resume assistance, mock interviews, and direct connections to hiring managers in their local gym network.
